should refs stop calling the hip-drop tackle live?

chase getting fined for screaming at a ref over a no call was the last straw for me, the hip drop rule is fine on paper but refs CANT spot it live consistently anyway. scrap it, make it review only, or leave it be idk #nfl #officiating
